An integrated infrastructure from manufacturing and quality control to technical service and sterilization

At Er-med’s facility located in Tuzla Tepeören, Istanbul, manufacturing, quality control, warehousing, technical service, and administrative processes are carried out within an integrated structure.

Our ISO Class 7 cleanroom is designed for the manufacturing of medical consumables used in TPN, chemotherapy, and IV drug preparation under controlled environmental conditions.

Manufacturing processes are carried out through controlled procedures that support consistent product safety and quality.

In our Quality Control Unit and Microbiology Laboratory, controls are performed to monitor the compliance of manufacturing processes and products with applicable quality requirements.

Our approach to quality extends beyond final product inspection and covers the entire manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products.

With the sterilization infrastructure available within our facility, sterilization processes for our products are carried out in a controlled and traceable manner.

In addition, our Technical Service and R&D infrastructure enables the development, technical inspection, maintenance, and after-sales support of our automated TPN and chemotherapy compounding systems to be managed within the same integrated structure.
